Partial week's rental - (including weekends) - are available from November - thru February of each year -   and can be reserved on an "IMMEDIATE"-basis. You can also start your rental period any day you wish, from Nov. - March.   From March - thru Oct. partial week's rentals are available when calling approximately five (5) days PRIOR to the date  you wish to ARRIVE. 

We are "pet friendly" for a well-mannered dog (pet fee required by our realtors).

NOTE:  For weekly rentals (other than winter months, which can start any day of the week, and we also offer partial weeks in the winter), you week starts on a Saturday (Saturday to Saturday rentals for all cottages).

 Each one of our nine (9) cottages have their own " LARGE DELUXE HOT TUB" (open ALL year).  Four (4) of our cottages also have their own "PRIVATE POOLS WHICH ARE "HEATED" - IN THE SPRING AND FALL  - ( FOR - cottage #179,  # 504, #505, #506.  These cottage pools (heated in spring and fall, and at NO extra charge for heated pool)  are open from March 27th - thru Thanksgiving!!   Another one of our cottages also offers a "community pool,  boat ramp, and clubhouse" (cottage # 711).

***NOTE:   OFF-SEASON (LOWEST) RATES ARE  IN AFFECT FROM mid September  UNTIL MAY of each year!. YOU CAN ALSO BOOK "immediately" A PARTIAL WEEK'S RENTAL  FOR ANY PERIOD for  - November until March  of each year, - FOR OUR FOUR (4) OCEANFRONT COTTAGES, WHICH STAY OPEN CONTINUALLY ALL YEAR.
