 Please review photos of our nine (9) cottages, by clicking on to the particular cottage or cottages as shown to the left (NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME)..  You will also see detailed information on each cottage.  Our four (4) oceanfront cottages, (cottage #34 in Rodanthe/Hatteras Island and #159, #160 and #161 in Kill Devil Hills are open "ALL" year, including winter months.  Partial week's rental - (including weekends) - are available from November - March of each year for our Kill Devil Hills OCEANFRONT cottages ONLY (Cottage #159, #160 and #161),  and can be reserved on an "IMMEDIATE"-basis. You can also start your rental period any day you wish, from Nov. - March.   From March - thru Oct. partial week's rentals are available when calling approximately five (5) days PRIOR to the date  you wish to ARRIVE. 

We are "pet friendly" for a well-mannered dog (pet fee required by our realtors).

NOTE:  For weekly rentals (other than winter months, which can start any day of the week, and we also offer partial weeks in the winter), you week starts on a Saturday (Saturday to Saturday rentals for all cottages).

 Each one of our nine (9) cottages have their own " LARGE DELUXE HOT TUB" (open ALL year).  Four (4) of our cottages also have their own "PRIVATE POOLS WHICH ARE "HEATED" - IN THE SPRING AND FALL  - (AND THERE IS "NO" EXTRA CHARGE FOR THIS) FOR - cottage #179,  # 504, #505, #506.  These cottage pools (heated in spring and fall)  are open fromApril 7th - thru Thanksgiving!!   Another one of our cottages also offers a "community pool,  boat ramp, and clubhouse" (cottage # 711).

***NOTE:   OFF-SEASON (LOWEST) RATES ARE  IN AFFECT FROM mid September  UNTIL MAY of each year!. YOU CAN ALSO BOOK "immediately" A PARTIAL WEEK'S RENTAL  FOR ANY PERIOD for  - November until March  of each year, - FOR OUR FOUR (4) OCEANFRONT COTTAGES, WHICH STAY OPEN CONTINUALLY ALL YEAR.

NOTE: "ALL NINE (9) COTTAGES HAVE DELUXE OUTSIDE HOT TUBS, HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS,  DIGITAL CABLE TV (IN ALL LIVING AREAS, AND ALL BEDROOMS), BEACH and DECK FURNITURE, CHILDREN'S GYM SET, ADULT SWINGS, PICNIC TABLES AND OUTSIDE GRILLS, FULLY EQUPPED KITCHENS, CRIBS, HIGH CHAIRS, AND   MANY NICE FEATURES to include all the conveniences of home! ".  Four of our cottages are "oceanfront" cottages, while the other five cottages are within walking distance to the ocean.  Of the five non-oceanfront cottages, four of the cottages have their own  "heated" (at no extra charge) in-ground  private "pools", while the last cottage (#711) has the availability (for a minimal fee) of a neighborhood pool located in a beautiful scenic setting.  Five of our cottages have  Game Rooms with Pool Tables.
